We select the approach around the application. A project may use PLCs, custom embedded controllers or a combination of existing equipment and purpose-built hardware.
Yes. The agreed hardware and software can be assembled, configured and tested before shipping. The scope specifies the supplied equipment, connection requirements and installation responsibilities.
Where required, we develop remote dashboards, alerts and reporting. Essential local operation and fault handling are defined as part of the architecture.
Our quotations are based on the process, equipment, operating modes, sensors, actuators, power supply, communications and site conditions, together with the required scope and delivery schedule.
We develop control systems for individual machines and complete processes, with hardware, software and integration support tailored to the installation.
We develop quiet Bitcoin and ASIC crypto mining cabinets and automation for homes, offices and noise-sensitive locations. Our hardware and software integrate cooling, monitoring and equipment protection, from a single miner to large mining facilities, with delivery to the client's location.
Conventional miner noise can make a residential installation impractical. We design the enclosure, cooling arrangement and automation together around your equipment, location and acceptable sound level.
Cabinet and cooling configurations designed for residential areas and other locations where miner noise is unacceptable. Sound requirements are defined for the complete installation, including auxiliary equipment.
Single miners · Noise-sensitive locationsMonitoring and control hardware integrated with the agreed cooling and electrical control system. We define operating limits, alerts and protective responses for the installation.
Sensors · Cooling control · Equipment protectionOur software brings equipment status, controls and operating alerts into one interface. The supported miner models, remote access and automatic operating functions are agreed for your system.
Monitoring · Alerts · Remote managementWe prepare the agreed hardware and software as a complete package for delivery to your location. Configuration, testing, connection requirements and commissioning support are defined before shipping.
We design mining cabinets and automation around the equipment, space and electrical supply. The complete system addresses noise reduction, heat recovery and operating protection.
Cabinet construction and cooling are designed together to reduce the noise that makes conventional miners difficult to use near people. We define a sound-level target for your house, office or installation location, including pumps, fans and heat-rejection equipment.
The cabinet can be configured to supply useful hot air or transfer heat to a water-heating system for the house, office or building where it is installed. Heat recovery is designed around your miner, heating demand and plumbing or ducting, with a separate way to reject heat when heating is not needed.
Our automation system is designed around unstable grid conditions. Depending on the installation, it can monitor supply conditions, pause operation outside agreed limits and coordinate a controlled restart after power stabilizes. Temperature monitoring, cooling-failure detection and protective shutdowns help protect the miner. Electrical surge, voltage and phase protection are specified as part of the hardware installation.
Yes. A suitable cabinet can provide warm air or transfer heat into a water-heating circuit. We assess heat output, temperatures, seasonal demand and the installation requirements. The system also needs to remove heat safely when your building does not need it.
We design power monitoring, operating limits and restart behavior around the site. The agreed installation can include voltage or phase monitoring, surge protection, controlled disconnection and staged restart, alongside temperature and cooling protection. The exact protections depend on your supply and equipment.
Individual miners and small operators in residential areas or other locations where conventional ASIC noise is unacceptable. Cabinet configurations can be designed for a single miner or multiple miners. We also develop automation for larger mining farms.
Silent mining describes the noise-control goal. We agree on a measurable sound level at a defined position before specifying the solution. Zero sound is not assumed: the complete cooling arrangement, including pumps, fans and outdoor equipment, must meet the agreed requirement.
The agreed package can include the mining cabinet, monitoring and control hardware, and our software configured for the system. The quotation specifies exactly what is supplied, shipping arrangements, installation requirements and commissioning support. Miners are included only if listed in the agreed supply scope.
Yes. We assess the miner models, firmware, quantities and modifications for compatibility with the proposed cabinet, cooling and control software.
That depends on electrical capacity, heat removal, available space, building requirements and the noise target. We assess the proposed location before recommending a setup. A quiet cabinet alone does not make every residential room suitable for mining.
The cooling design depends on the miner models and location. We assess airflow or liquid-cooling options where compatible, along with pump and fan noise and the location of heat-rejection equipment. The entire system is considered rather than only the cabinet.
Our software supports monitoring, alerts and remote control for the agreed equipment. Supported readings, operating modes, automation functions and access arrangements are confirmed for the selected miners and control hardware.
We define communications-loss behavior during system design. Essential local control and protective responses should not depend solely on a remote connection. The exact behavior is specified and tested for your installation.
The system has defined power, cooling and connection requirements. Depending on the location and scope, site preparation and qualified electrical or cooling installation may be required. Those responsibilities are agreed before delivery.
Yes. We can develop monitoring, cooling automation, equipment controls and alerts for larger installations. Expansion is engineered around the site’s power and cooling capacity rather than assumed from the initial cabinet.
We prepare quotations using the miner models and quantity, delivery location, power supply, available space, cooling options and noise requirements. The proposed system reflects the budget and installation schedule.
Our service covers cabinet design, cooling integration, monitoring hardware and automation software, configured for the miner models and installation conditions.
